Our Story 
La Colina Garden is a sanctuary for healing, and well-being in Costa Rica. Its serene setting allows you to disconnect from daily stresses and immerse yourself in nature, attuning to its presence and peace. 

Located just 40 minutes from the city of San Jose, our holistic garden is situated in Orotina, nestled within the Cavallini Nursery family estate. It is an ideal place to nourish body-mind-spirit in a safe and welcoming community environment. 

At La Colina, we offer a wide range of resources and practices in both individual and group formats. 

You can benefit from various meditative traditions, relaxation techniques, yoga classes, mindful eating, contemplative arts, as well as gain tools for guided inner exploration, expanded self-awareness, and conscious relating. 

Once renovations are completed with your support, we hope to see you at La Colina.
 
Together, we will create an oasis of self-care and community connection amidst the lush natural beauty of Costa Rica.
